Hibiya Park
Hibiya Park holds the distinction of being Tokyo's first Western-style park, opened in 1903. Located in the heart of the business district, it serves as a green refuge for office workers and visitors to the Imperial Palace area.
What to Expect
The park features geometric layouts typical of Western garden design, with formal flower beds, fountains, and tree-lined pathways. The rose garden is particularly beautiful in late spring, while the open-air concert hall hosts various performances throughout the year.
